And destination weddings add another layer of complexity to an already overwhelming task. I see you! You have so many questions... "How will I know which vendors I can trust? What size tent do I need? How will I keep track of it all? "
We've got you! You can unclench those muscles you didn't realize you were tensing, knowing that we've done it all before. We know our way around your venue and what works best there. We've refined our planning process over many years so that we can keep you on track, using collaborative task management software, and personalized checklists, and editable templates.
All the decisions have been made, all the work has been done. All that's left is for you to simply BE. I'll be cheering you on before you walk down the aisle, bringing you your signature cocktail (or water and Advil), coaching you on cutting your cake. And you better believe I'll be singing along with you as the band plays their final song and you soak up every last drop of the love that surrounds you.

I know... You've got opinions coming at you from every direction. Parents feelings on traditions, friends' ideas on trends, advice from Instagram and blog posts... and a zillion beautiful images on Pinterest that you love but don't know how you'll ever narrow down... You're afraid the authentic-to-you day you've dreamed of will be watered down by all those conflicting ideas.
In wedding planning, as in life, decisions are simpler when you have a clear sense of your priorities and goals. Once those priorities are identified, anything that doesn't align with them is an easy "no, thanks."
We dig deep, not just into what your priorities are, but into the underlying reasons why you feel that way, and into how they affect your budget and wedding day timeline. Don't care about a cake-cutting photo op? Cool, let's skip it. Nervous about that first dance choreography? Let's do the first dance early in the evening to get it out of the way, so you can relax and enjoy!
We can help you navigate those tricky differences of opinion that are stressing you out. (Sorry, we can't talk to Aunt Sue for you, but we can offer suggestions on how to approach it with kindness and strategy.)
You know from attending your sister's, cousin's, or college roommate's wedding that you DON'T want to spend precious time on your wedding day with this photo op or that tradition, and you're worried about having enough time for what really matters to you.
One of the biggest concerns we hear from our couples is that they want time with their people. Not just the courtesy "hello" at each table, but time for genuine interaction. Time to make memories. Yes, wedding days are busy, and we're balancing lots of priorities, but we DO have control over the schedule.
Not excited about sitting through a long (and boring?) multi-course dinner? Cool, let's do food stations! Completely uninterested in a full-fledged photo shoot of bridesmaids in bathrobes? Great, more time to capture photos of all your favorite people getting down on the dance floor!
If you're an introvert who doesn't love the spotlight, or if you want to carve out some private time with your honey on wedding day, we've got ideas to make it happen.
You deserve a stress-free and personalized wedding experience that's as unique as you are.
Full service wedding planning means we're by your side every step of the way. You'll have peace of mind knowing that experts are looking out for you and advocating for your vision and priorities. Your investment starts at 10,000.

Not exactly... Every wedding is different, so the 'perfect vendor' for you wouldn't be the 'perfect vendor' for someone else! As we work through the Stargazed signature onboarding process, we dig deep to understand what you want aesthetically, and - based on what's important to you - where your budget will land for each vendor category.
Only then can I put together the perfect list of suggested vendors for YOU. I know you're excited to look at florists, and I promise you - if you're patient and stick with us through the process, the rest of your planning journey will be so much easier!
Great question! Remember the last time you painted a bold accent wall, and it looked nothing like what you imagined? It can happen with event design too! Bold designs in particular require some extra due diligence, and a tabletop mockup is the perfect way to manage that!
The Stargazed team will work with you and your vendors to bring all the elements together: florals, vases, tabletop rentals, full-sized linens, etc. - so you can see them all together (virtually or in person). You can mix, swap, and play until you find the perfect combination! The process is a huge help in feeling confident in your design, and we recommend it in many cases!
The short answer is no. The vendors we work with aren’t driving Bentleys, and using the "W" word doesn't actually come with a markup, despite what people are saying on Reddit. Weddings are expensive because they are high stakes. Period. The staff must be experienced, and the "ingredients" have to be high quality. All this means there's rarely much wiggle room (if any) for price reductions in the quotes you receive, without also reducing what you get.
That said, we *do* ensure that you’re making strategic use of your budget, while preventing costly mistakes based on our years of experience. (We made that mistake 10 years ago so you don't have to!) And we *do* work with vendors we trust to do the job right!
