We begin where it matters most — with you. Your story, your priorities, your vision for how the day should feel. From there we build everything: a design that is cohesive and unmistakably yours, a vendor team curated specifically for your aesthetic and your budget, a timeline that protects the moments you care about most, and a production plan so detailed that on your wedding day, nothing is left to chance.

Investment starts at $12,000. On-site staffing is scoped and estimated during the planning process and billed separately at $65 per hour.

It extends the Stargazed approach beyond the planning process and the wedding day itself — into the details that your guests will notice, remember, and talk about long after they've gone home.

Your custom wedding website gives guests everything they need in one beautifully organized place. Your welcome bags arrive in their rooms before they do. Your VIP guests — the people whose presence means the most — are known to our team by name and by face before the weekend begins, so they are greeted and cared for accordingly. If something comes up during wedding weekend, guests have direct access to a Stargazed team member by phone — so the question never reaches you. And the rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch you've been wanting to include? We plan that too.

Elopements and microweddings
Not every meaningful wedding is a large one. The slower pace of winter opens our calendar to elopements and microweddings — intimate celebrations that deserve just as much intention and care as any larger event. There is something particularly beautiful about a small wedding in Aspen in the snow. If that's what you're imagining, we'd love to help you make it real.

Any reason to celebrate
Weddings are the heart of what we do, but about ten percent of our work is something else entirely. Milestone birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversary celebrations, farewell parties — if it matters enough to gather the people you love, it matters enough to do beautifully. We bring the same intention and care to every event we produce, regardless of the occasion.

Frequently asked questions
Not exactly... Every wedding is different, so the 'perfect vendor' for you wouldn't be the 'perfect vendor' for someone else! As we work through the Stargazed signature onboarding process, we dig deep to understand what you want aesthetically, and - based on what's important to you - where your budget will land for each vendor category.
Only then can I put together the perfect list of suggested vendors for YOU. I know you're excited to look at florists, and I promise you - if you're patient and stick with us through the process, the rest of your planning journey will be so much easier!
Can you send me a preferred vendor list?
We love the design board you created! How can we be sure it will look amazing in person on our wedding day?
Great question! Remember the last time you painted a bold accent wall, and it looked nothing like what you imagined? It can happen with event design too! Bold designs in particular require some extra due diligence, and a tabletop mockup is the perfect way to manage that!
The Stargazed team will work with you and your vendors to bring all the elements together: florals, vases, tabletop rentals, full-sized linens, etc. - so you can see them all together (virtually or in person). You can mix, swap, and play until you find the perfect combination! The process is a huge help in feeling confident in your design, and we recommend it in many cases!
The short answer is no. The vendors we work with aren’t driving Bentleys, and using the "W" word doesn't actually come with a markup, despite what people are saying on Reddit. Weddings are expensive because they are high stakes. Period. The staff must be experienced, and the "ingredients" have to be high quality. All this means there's rarely much wiggle room (if any) for price reductions in the quotes you receive, without also reducing what you get.
That said, we *do* ensure that you’re making strategic use of your budget, while preventing costly mistakes based on our years of experience. (We made that mistake 10 years ago so you don't have to!) And we *do* work with vendors we trust to do the job right!
