We pride ourselves on doing more than handing you a few checklists. We invest time in getting to know you, in order to customize the perfect experience for you. We must understand your vision before we can recommend the perfect vendors to execute that vision. Full service wedding planning takes time, and it's an investment in your perfect wedding day, and begins at $10,000. The majority of our couples spend between $13,000 and $18,000.

Goal Setting
We explore priorities, deep-dive into budget, consider aesthetic goals, and clarify overall vision. We illustrate that vision with visual inspiration and mood boards.

big-picture planning
We rough out timelines and floor plans to guide vendor conversations. We investigate vendors based on your customized-for-you, suggested vendor list. We start with your priority vendors and work toward booking all vendors.

refining the picture
We look at the nitty-gritty details of how each component of your day will work, from Getting Ready to the Grand Exit.

pulling it all together
The Stargazed team gets to work building your detailed plan for the day, detailing how each vendor fits into the big picture.

WEDDING day!
It is an honor and a privilege to be with you during those most important moments, cheering you on before you walk down the aisle, bringing you your favorite cocktail (or water and Advil), getting teary as you have your first dance, and coaching you when you cut your cake. We're singing along with the band's final song as you soak up every last drop of the love that surrounds you.

Frequently asked questions
Can you send me a preferred vendor list?
Not exactly... every wedding is different, so the "perfect vendor" for you wouldn't be the "perfect vendor" for someone else! As we work through the Stargazed signature onboarding process, we dig deep to understand what you want aesthetically, and - based on what's important to you - where your budget will land for each vendor category.
Only then can we put together the perfect list of suggested vendors for YOU. We know you're excited to look at florists. We promise you; if you’re patient and stick with us through our process, the rest of your planning journey will be so much easier!
We love the design board you created! How can we be sure it will look amazing in person on our wedding day?
Great question! Remember the last time you painted a bold accent wall, and it looked nothing like what you imagined? It can happen with event design too! Bold design in particular requires some extra due diligence, and a tabletop mockup is the perfect way to manage that!
The Stargazed team will work with you and your vendors to bring all the elements together: floral, vases, tabletop rentals, full-sized linens, etc. so you can see them all together (virtually or in person). You can mix and swap and play until you find the perfect combination! The process is a huge help to feeling confident in your design, and we recommend it in many cases!
Will you negotiate prices with vendors on our behalf?
The short answer is no. The vendors we work with aren’t driving Bentleys, and the "W" word doesn't actually get you a markup. Weddings are expensive because they are high stakes. Period. The labor has to be experienced, the "ingredients" have to be high quality. All this means that there's rarely much wiggle room (if any) for price reductions in the quotes you receive.
That said, we *do* ensure that you’re making strategic use of your budget, as well as preventing costly mistakes based on our years of experience. (We made that mistake 10 years ago so you don't have to!) And we *do* work with vendors we know we can trust to do the job right!
